SMC

stands for Sodomising Medical Careers.

It's a new imaginative game.

You take a few thousand doctors- preferably from overseas. You invite them to your country and you train them appropriately.

Then comes the real fun.

You change the training system, reduce the training posts, and ask them to reapply for their jobs.

It gets even more exciting.

You shuffle them around. Like a deck of cards. You move them from where they have been working to the remotest possible area.

Does it matter whether they have families they will need to relocate? Or that they'll have to leave their social network behind?

Not at all.

Doctors have to be flexible and vigilant. Ready to adapt to all changes and able to survive any kind of stress. They're indestructible by definition. Otherwise they wouldn't be doctors. They would be mere humans.

The ultimate goal is to devalue their specialty exams and to introduce work-based assessments that will distract their mind from clinical work.

I kind of admire the people who created this game.

It sounds like the ultimate reconditioning experience.

It'd be a shame to waste it on doctors only. I'm sure we can adjust it for other professionals, too.
